1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StoriesIG and its Instagram viewer and downloader tools. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

StoriesIG is a free, independent website that lets you view and, when available, download publicly accessible Instagram Stories, Reels, and Posts in your browser. You do not need to log in with an Instagram account to use the basic viewer.

The service is provided as-is. Public content can change, expire, or become unavailable at any time, and we do not guarantee that a particular profile or media item will load.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StoriesIG. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

4. Public content only

StoriesIG only works with publicly available Instagram content. We do not provide access to private accounts, Close Friends Stories, deleted media, or any content that Instagram has restricted.

You must not use the service to attempt to bypass Instagram privacy settings, access accounts without authorization, or view content that is not public.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• enter Instagram passwords or try to collect other people's login credentials
• use the site for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose
• overload, scrape, or disrupt the website with automated traffic beyond normal browsing
• copy, resell, or misrepresent StoriesIG as an official Instagram or Meta product
• download, share, or reuse third-party content unless you have the right or permission to do so

6. Downloads and your responsibility

When a download option is shown, it is only for publicly available media. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded photos and videos. Before saving, copying, sharing, or republishing any content, you must make sure you have the necessary rights or permission from the owner.

StoriesIG does not grant you any ownership or license in Instagram content. All photos, videos, captions, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Instagram and third parties

StoriesIG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

The website may rely on third-party infrastructure and publicly available data sources. Those services can change, rate-limit, or fail without notice, and we are not responsible for their availability.

8. Intellectual property

The StoriesIG name, layout, text, and original design elements on this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the site, scrape its interface for a competing product, or use our branding without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Instagram profile, Story, Reel, or Post will be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoriesIG and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from content you view or download.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
